The registration for this solication is as follows:

Complete and submit the registration request.
USPS approves or rejects your registration request.
An email advising you of your registration request status will be sent to you. If your registration is approved your user account will be activated and you will be provided with a registration key which you can use to register additional users.
Login with your username and password.

Return to login page.
